This new model adopt the most advantage technology of vacuum frying, and top brand spare parts,such as Korea LS brand PLC and inverter ,TUCHWIN/Mitsubishi Touch screen,Schneider Electric parts, German JUMO temperature sensor.
This new machine have a good output capacity,take the potato chips 2mm thickness for example,it only need less than 15min per batch, and each batch it can load 80-100Kgs per batch. So the final vacuum fried chips capacity around 100-130Kgs per hour.
As you know, the vacuum frying machine will fry the chips under vacuum condition, so the vacuum degree is most important in this vacuum frying system. If choose our VF250, the vacuum degree can be 500-800Pa. This will makes the chips dehydration faster, and keep the chips more crispy.
Also we have the special technology on oil heating system.Also we have special device for preventing the chips stacking and sticking together,will makes all chips well fried and dehydrated.
